An incredible gesture by @azzurri. Following the international friendly against @dfb_team, the #Italy squad, led by @gianluigibuffon presented their match shirts to the Stefano Borgonovo Foundation.
The former national team striker lost his battle with #als, a fatal disease of the nervous system, which gradually paralyses the body, whilst leaving the brain fully functional.
