―マック久美子のアライメントクリニック―

ヨガスタジオには鏡がありません。
ヨガはアーサナの完成度や、見た目の美しさ、他の人との違いなどを気にするものではないからです。
しかし、間違ったポーズの取り方（ミスアライメント）でヨガのプラクティスを続けると、身体の痛みや不調の原因となってしまう可能性があります。

この講座では、各日毎にフォーカスするカテゴリを分けて行います。マック久美子がお客様の身体を直接見て、それぞれに合ったアライメントになるように調整していきます。
2時間の講座を終えると、今までのポーズとの劇的な違いを感じられるでしょう！！
※マック久美子がじっくりとお客様の身体を見て直していきますので、少人数制で行います。

■講座内容
各日毎に、フォーカスするカテゴリを分けて行います。
通常のヨガクラスのようにシークエンスに沿ってアーサナを行うのではなく、その日にフォーカスするカテゴリに合った数種類のアーサナについて、助長や修正を行っていく形式です。

・最終回　7月25日（月）： 逆転（頭立ち、肩立ちなど）

[In a small group with Kumiko Mack!]
One of the events in July! “Your posture changes in two hours!” Alignment Clinic by Kumiko Mack!

There are no mirrors in yoga studio. Do you know why? Because yoga is not about focusing on perfection of Asana, physical beauty nor differences form others. But once you got a wrong alignment, and continue practicing with it, it may cause the pain and malfunction in your body.

In this workshop, we have a different category and focus every day. Kumiko Mack will adjust your alignment by observing your body and posture. After two hours of practice, you may feel dramatically different!
*The class will be in a small group, as Kumiko Mack will observe everyone’s body and posture with attentive care.

・Content of workshop
There are different category and focus every day. Not like usual yoga classes, there is no sequence but a couple of Asanas of the day to focus, adjust and extend,, aligning with the category of the day.

July 25th (Monday) Inversions (Headstand, Shoulder stand etc.) 9:30-11:30

Size of the class: 10 people every day (minimum six) by Kumiko Mack.
