200時間インストラクター養成コース修了のかた向けのワークショップです。（他所200時間養成修了のかたもお受けいただけますが、イシュタヨガのアライメントがベースとなります。）
200時間養成で習得したアーサナを復習しながら、その助長と修正方法を実践を交えて学んでいきます。ご自身のアライメント確認や、お客様を見て差し上げる際の自信にもつながります。

August 4 (Thusday) Spotting & Alignment Workshop
This workshop is for teachers who completed 200-hour teacher-training. (Those who completed 200-hourteacher-training in other studios are also welcome, but the teachings and alignments are based on ISHTA yoga.)
With a review of all the asanas studied in 200-hour teacher-training, you will be learning variations and modifications by actually practicing them. By doing so, you will be able to review your own alignment one more time, which will lead to gain confidence when you teach in the class.
