Happy 44th birthday to Zinedine Zidane! A three-time FIFA World Player of the Year, the attacking midfielder led Équipe de France de Football to victory in the 1998 FIFA World Cup and EURO 2000. Widely regarded as one of the greatest players in the history of the game, Zidane is now working as a coach. In May 2016, he became just the seventh man to win the UEFA Champions League as a player and a coach after Real Madrid C.F. beat Atletico Madrid in the final. His playing career at Real is also most fondly remembered for the sensational winning goal he struck to win the 2002 Champions League final against Bayer Leverkusen.
