2025年の第78回春季千葉県高校野球大会予選が5日開幕し、各地区で1回戦などが行われた。
第1地区では、あずさ第一 [https://www.hb-nippon.com/schools/1239]が千葉経大付を3対2で破り、市千葉が幕張総合を延長10回タイブレークの末に6対5で破った。
第2地区では、市船橋が5回コールドの10対0で東葉を下して初戦を突破した。
第3地区では、光英VERITASが松戸六実を12対5で破った。
第5地区では、八千代松陰が6回コールドの10対0で白井を破り、第6地区では、銚子商が7回コールドの8対1で多古に快勝した。
第7地区では、千葉学芸が7回コールドの9対0で安房を破り、第8地区では木更津が予選突破一番乗りを決めた。
6日も予選が予定されている。
