先日、西川眞知子先生によるアーユルヴェーダ講義を開催しました。

分かりやすく、楽しく教えて頂き、あっと言う間の時間でした。200時間トレーニングの講義として行われましたが、卒業生も参加し、さらに学びを深められる時間となったようです。

Ayurveda lecture by Machiko Nishikawa was held the other day.

Easy-to-understand and enjoyable, the lecture was over in no time. It was part of 200-hour training but our graduates also participated and it seems that they were able to deepen their learning.
